There are injuries that don’t just tear a meniscus.
Mine happened three years ago. A twist, a snap, a pain that didn’t ask for permission. And then, silence. That uncomfortable silence where you can’t help but ask yourself: ‘How did I not see it coming?'
I was training well. I felt strong. There were no obvious signs. But with time I understood something that changed the way I see training: the body always warns you — we just don’t always know how to listen.
Injuries don’t appear out of nowhere. They are built in silence: accumulated fatigue, imbalances, poor activation, patterns that drift millimeter by millimeter until one day… they fail.
That was the day I tore my meniscus. And that was the day EatLiftLive® was born as I know it today.
**🟧 The problem isn’t the injury. It’s the lack of information.
During my rehabilitation I discovered something that became an obsession: the technology capable of measuring muscle activation in real time already exists… but it’s locked away inside laboratories, universities, and high‑performance centers.
Extremely expensive. Inaccessible. Designed for a privileged few.
Meanwhile, millions of people train in the dark. Athletes, amateurs, people who simply want to take care of themselves. All of them exposed to the same silent patterns that eventually led me to a hospital bed.
And that’s when the question emerged — the one that changed everything:
'What if we could listen to the muscle before it’s too late?'
**🟨 The Project: A Portable Neuromuscular Sensor
Since then, I’ve been developing a device that doesn’t exist on the market in the way I envision it:
A portable neuromuscular sensor
Capable of measuring activation, fatigue, and asymmetries
With an integrated IMU to understand movement
With algorithms that detect risk patterns
And with a simple, clear, human app
It’s not a gadget. It’s not a toy. It’s a tool that allows anyone to train with real information from their own body.
It doesn’t measure the meniscus, of course. But it measures what leads the meniscus to tear: quadriceps fatigue, loss of stability, the compensations no one sees.
This is real prevention. Data‑driven. Experience‑driven. Born from an injury that taught me more than any book ever could.
🟥 The Campaign: Building Something That Doesn’t Exist — Together
Developing hardware isn’t cheap. Prototypes, engineering, firmware, algorithms, biomedical validation, casing, app… Every step demands time, resources, and precision.
That’s why I’ve launched a funding campaign — to build the first functional prototypes and move forward toward validation.
This isn’t a campaign to ‘sell’ a product. It’s an invitation to be part of something that can change the way we train.
An invitation to support an independent, honest project — born from a real injury and from a need we all share: taking care of the body before it’s too late.

**🟩 EatLiftLive®: listening to the body before it screams
This sensor is only the beginning. EatLiftLive® was also created to accompany self‑care processes, not to impose them. To offer clarity where before there was only intuition. To democratize technology that used to be elitist. So that no one has to go through what I went through.
Because the body always speaks. We just need to learn how to listen.
